Phase 01
Receiving Your Clinical Kit

Your compounding kit will arrive in a temperature-controlled cold chain parcel. Upon delivery, immediately place the medicine vials inside your refrigerator (2°C to 8°C). Do not freeze the vials. Your package also includes custom syringes, alcohol prep wipes, and a medical sharps container.

Phase 02
Preparing Your Dose

Retrieve the vial from cold storage 15 minutes prior to administration to allow it to reach room temperature. Visually check the medicine solution: it must be completely clear and transparent. Do not administer if you notice cloudiness, floating particles, or discolouration.

Phase 03
Subcutaneous Administration

Wash hands with soap. Cleanse the skin injection site (lower stomach area, upper thigh, or outer arm) using an alcohol swab; let dry. Draw the precise dosage prescribed by your medical team into the syringe. Pinch the skin slightly and inject subcutaneously at a 45° to 90° angle. Press the site gently with a cotton pad. Do not massage.

Phase 04
Medical Disposal Standards

Place all single-use syringes and needles into the sharps container right away. Do not reuse syringes or recap needles. Seal and dispose of the filled sharps container at local clinics or pharmacies following local environmental and biohazard guidelines.

Phase 05
Symptom Monitoring

If you encounter acute severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, or symptoms of allergy (skin hives, shortness of breath), consult your clinical care team immediately or visit emergency medical services.
