Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your medication, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by contacting our support team at support@optipeptidehealth.com with a clear statement of your intention to cancel.
2. Exceptions for Prescription Medications
Please note that compounded prescription medications are prepared specifically for you based on your physician's prescription. Once a compounded medication has been dispensed and shipped, it cannot be returned, restocked, or reused due to strict pharmaceutical safety and hygiene regulations. This exemption is consistent with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which excludes goods that are personalised or made to the consumer's specifications. However, if your order has not yet been dispensed by our pharmacy partner, you may cancel for a full refund.
3. Consultation Fees
Your medical consultation fee is included in the price of your treatment subscription. If a physician determines that treatment is not appropriate for you and no prescription is issued, the consultation fee is fully refundable. If a prescription is issued and you choose to cancel before dispensing, you will receive a full refund minus a nominal administrative fee of €25.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your treatment subscription at any time by contacting our support team or through your Patient Dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after cancellation, and you are under no obligation to continue your subscription beyond any active period.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@optipeptidehealth.com with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost, or issue a full refund at your discretion.
6. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests should be directed to support@optipeptidehealth.com. Please include your order reference number and the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned to the original payment method.
