Contraindications
Do not use GHK-Cu if you have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the active or inactive ingredients in the formulation.
Common Side Effects
The most commonly reported side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, abdominal pain, headache, fatigue, and injection site reactions. These effects are generally mild to moderate and tend to diminish over time as your body adjusts to the medication.
Serious Side Effects
In rare cases, serious adverse events may occur including acute pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, renal impairment, and severe allergic reactions. If you experience severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, difficulty breathing, or signs of an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately and seek emergency medical care.
Storage Instructions
Store your medication in a refrigerator at 2°C to 8°C. Do not freeze. Protect from light. Once in use, the medication may be stored at room temperature (below 30°C) for up to 28 days. Dispose of any unused medication after this period.
